Biography
Charles L. Loprinzi,
MD
 Dr.
Charles L. Loprinzi is currently Professor and Chair of the
Division of Medical Oncology at Mayo Clinic Rochester.
He has
coordinated the activities of
the NCCTG CCOP Program for over a decade. He currently is
the principal investigator of the CCOP research-based grant.
Many of
his research efforts have
been devoted toward studies of prevention
of symptoms related to cancer and cancer therapy. A major
component of this is related to studies of cancer anorexia/cachexia.
