Schulman, MDKevin Schulman is Professor of Medicine at the Duke University School of Medicine and Director of the Center for Clinical and Genetic Economics at the Duke Clinical Research Institute, Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Schulman is also Professor of Business Administration at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he serves as Faculty Director of the Health Sector Management Program and Director of the Center for the Study of Health Management.

Damon Seils is a Research Analyst at the Center for Clinical and Genetic Economics, Duke Clinical Research Institute, Duke University Medical Center.
